Production Process of Light Weight Sand AAC Block Production
The foremost step is to mix the fly ash by mixing in water and treated in slurry mixture, sometimes sands are used as a base compound, then it needs to be treated in ball mill to grind into fine powder.
Slurry storage tank is used to store the slurry mixture, but it has to be always in motion so that the fine particles don't get settled down. In the whole process, weigh batcher plays a significant role in weighing Slurry, lime, OPC, Gypsum and aluminum power in predetermined quantities. Then the slurry mixture is poured into the mould cart to fill approximately 50% of the mould.
It is finally kept in warm chamber for more than 2 hours to make it aerated and light and prepare it for demoulding process.
The final process is the level wire cutting of mould cart block when the block is passed through the cutting trolley withing a series of wires. The vertical wire cutting process is important when the block remains in a static mode so as to say stationary and the cutter cuts it vertically. The final cut blocks is treated in autoclaves for 8 hours at 12 KG/Sq cm pressure.
